Research On The Sustainable Growth Influential Factors Of Technological Small & Micro-enterprises Based On SEM In Guizhou

Small and micro enterprises of science and technology is the carrier of economic development,play an important role in innovation and entrepreneurship,employment and other aspects of employment.Guizhou technology-based small and micro enterprises is relatively weak,in the context of large data driven development,research on the impact of its growth factors to promote economic growth and structural adjustment in Guizhou gave a deeper strategic significance.The Guizhou province science and technology Small and micro businesses short life as to solve practical problems,through the analysis of the current situation and the related theory,combined with the structural equation model to explore the factors influencing the sustainable growth of Guizhou province science and technology Small and micro businesses,and based on the empirical analysis,the final construction of a small micro enterprise sustainable growth factors based on SEM model.First of all,based on the related research results about the sustainable growth of enterprises at home and abroad,analyze the influence factors of the sustainable development of Small and micro businesses and intermediary factors,and the action mechanism of influence factors analysis,scale factors scale and factors influencing the content and design of intermediary sustainable growth in technology based Small and micro businesses.Secondly,through the questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews of small and micro enterprises in Guizhou Province,we collected the relevant opinions on the impact of the factors on the sustainable growth of enterprises in the enterprise practice.Again,the use of structural equation model and empirical statistical analysis of survey data,identify the factors that affect the sustainable growth of Small and micro businesses including entrepreneur ability,human resources and organization,resources and financial intermediary,dynamic factors including market and supply chain,technical ability,and constructs the model of influencing factors for sustainable development of Guizhou province science and technology type micro enterprises.Finally,according to the conclusions of the study,combined with the actual problems of small and micro enterprises in Guizhou,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the sustainable development of small and micro enterprises in Guizhou.
