Based on Humanistic Management, a basic theory in management science, human resource management is taken as the object of this study, and the present situation of the brain drain in A corporate, an organization concentrating on education and training, is explored from the prospective of basic concepts through interviews with former employees and surveys for employees. This study finds the main reason of the brain drain, analyze the negative effects of the brain drain on A corporate, and points out the necessity to prevent the brain drain. The current paper analyzes the reason for the brain drain in terms of the organization, and studies specific reasons for the brain drain. These reasons include dissatisfaction of employees on emotion management, participation management, training management, self-management, and cultural management. Based on these reasons, strategies to prevent the brain drain are found. These strategies include several aspects. In terms of emotion management, the birthday of employees should be taken care, and their households should be attended. As for participation management, regular seminars need to be conducted. In terms of training management, specific training programs should be made for different types of employees in advance. As for self-management, daily, weekly and monthly schedule should be made for each type of position. In terms of cultural management, employees are encouraged to show their abilities to form a positive and progressive corporate culture. The innovation of this study is to explicitly explore the reasons for the brain drain in terms of the organization its elf.The purpose of this study is to help A corporate reduce ever-growing brain drain, allow for a match between the brain drain and development strategies, and ensure a long and stable development of A corporate. This paper concentrates on the brain drain issue with the use of the model of Humanistic Management. Several key strategies in terms of Humanistic Management are proposed, and are expected to help A corporate to form truly rational use of human resources.
