Study On The Layout Of The Pension Service Facilities In Large-Scale Security Housing

The large-scale security housing is a housing project, began in 2010, in order to solve the increasingly serious housing diffcicuties of low-income families in urban areas of our country. This "creates city" type of construction is quick and sharp, there are many "congenital" problems, in which large low-income housing settlements pension is a typical problem, and it’s our country citiy’s endowment "depression". According to the survey, the elderly population of low-income housing residential is considerably more than 18.23% the proportion in Nanjing, while the layout planning of pension service facilities is based on the conventional policy and traditional norms, without considering the needs and daily activity behavior of the elderly, so, the layout is unreasonable.Based on the above background, the demand and the daily activities of behaviorin of the aged are as the foundation in this pape, research on the layout of the pension service facilities.The specific work is as follows:First of all,the concept of the large-scale housing and the pension service facilities is difinied, identify the objects contained in this paper, and cleared that the main two research content in this paper is the daily activities behavior characteristics analysis of the elderly and the layout planning of the pension service facilities.Through analyzing and summarizing the existing research results of scholars, pointed out that the current research status of scholars living in low-income housing area, activity behavior of the elderly and the pension service facilities are still exist some problems, this lay the foundation for follow-up study.Secondly, in order to obtain the basic data of this research, the district elderly activity behavior for low-income housing has carried on the questionnaire survey, according to the survey results, the sex, age, occupation, cultural degree, the structure of family structure and other demographic characteristics are analyzed, and from the aspects of the activity of spatio temporal characteristics and activity frequency to analysis their leisure, shopping and medical behaviors.Point out the differences in the behavior of different demographic characteristics of old people,and according to the spatial features of activities,we summarized that there are four spheres of the elderly in the large-scale service housing,and corresponding to the elderly activities behavior.Finally, according to the behavior of the elderly and the plan document of the community home-based care services facilities in the country as well as other provinces, proposed that the layout of the community home-based care services facilities should be based on of the elderly population distribution, and community service pension facilities arranged in second layers, the residential district of pension service facilities layout in the third circle. Select Daishan which the area is the largest of the four low-income housing project of Nanjing as the case study region,according to research of the family structure characteristics of the elderly to estimate the population of Daishan,considering the national policy,the elderly proportion of low-income housing residential district and the pension needs,calculated the total amount of pension service facilities of Daishan that should be built and in accordance with the distribution of the residential district of Daishan community were carried out with the layout planning, provide a reference for other security housing.
