Under the circumstance of such intense competition of Automobile electronic switches, it is significant to execute the project management method scientifically to compress the development and manufacture cost, reduce and control the development timing and implement the product and process’s quality management reasonably and effectively.This thesis firstly gives a brief description of the research background, main contents as well as the writing framework. Then introduce the basic theory of project management and its current developing status in both domestic and overseas so as to put forward the existing weak point and some opinions from the author.
