Study On The Logistics Industry Development Strategy In Z City

China is from a big manufacturing country to a powerful manufacturing country, logistics is an important part of production and sales, is important to guarantee the efficient operation of enterprises, will undoubtedly become the artery of national economy, also is the fundamental industry of the national economy, is one of the important symbol to measure the modernization degree of a country. Z City, as an important transport hub in the area, and is the biggest city of industry of our province, provide favorable conditions for the development of the logistics industry be richly endowed by nature, but Z, the logistics industry has the varying degree existence "small scattered weak" embarrassing situation.Based on such condition, we analyze the current condition and problems of logistics industry in Z city, by studying the theory as well as examples of logistics all over the world. By using SWOT analysis, we also analyze the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities, and challenges of the industry. We propose both the objective and suggested measures for the development of logistics in Z city. Through the strategic programming of logistics industry in Z city, the goal of this paper is to hoist its efficiency and to optimize its structure. We hope this project will also provide scientific references to economic development in Z city as well as the development of logistics in other cities that face the similar problems.
