The manufacturing sector is the material basis and the main industry of the national economy, and it determines the position of the international division of labor in the pattern of economic globalization. Manufacturing enterprises cannot be replaced by other categories of enterprises for its key positions and social logistics activities in the modern logistics chain. Manufacturing logistics has played a crucial role in the process of the development of modern logistics. As a third-party source of profit, modern logistics has been widely recognized and universally valued by the society. Its great features and effects have prompted more and more corporate decision makers to accelerate the improvement and integration of enterprise logistics system. Global economic integration has put the modern logistics onto the height of the enterprise development strategy. The characteristics of long process logistics chain in manufacturing enterprises logistics determine that the logistics integration strategy is a viable option for its future development and winning. Especially under the background that manufacturing enterprises are deeply influenced by the traditional logistics in China, the study has important theoretical value and practical significance to the research of logistics integrated development strategy and management mode in the manufacturing enterprises.The main research and innovation work are as follows:(1)Based on the connotation and characteristics of manufacturing enterprises logistics, this paper analyzes the content and direction of logistics integrated development strategy in manufacturing enterprises from three aspects of strategic environment, strategic objectives and strategic level. It also states the logistics management organization model in the various stages of logistics integrated development strategy in manufacturing enterprises, and builds a logistics integration strategic architecture by environmental factors, development strategy, implementation control and management decisions.(2)This paper discusses the composition of enterprise logistics chain from four aspects of logistics nodes(node), line(line), area(area) and information(network), and studies the design and optimization of the logistics chain from four areas in the structure of the logistics chain, transportation, inventory and management. Based on BPR theory, logistics process optimization step, analysis, designment and specific content are studied in detail. Finally based on the inherent relationship between logistics strategy and logistics processes,it analyzes the logistics integration process based on customer service by three representative logistics nodes as distribution centers, logistics centers and logistics parks.(3)This paper makes systematic analysis of the inventory control in manufacturing enterprises, constructs inventory structure and studies the control method of logistics integration in manufacturing enterprises. Based on the strategy of inventory control under determined environment, this paper sets existed conditions and controlling parameters of safety stock under different strategies for the inventory control under random environmental by the conditions setting and making analysis of safety stock status, and discusses problems of safety stock control correspond to continued and periodic inventory checks. Case studies show the practical significance of the two-stage method of inventory control strategy in manufacturing enterprises.(4)This paper constructs the integrated logistics cost control system including procurement costs, internal costs and cost of sales in value added process. For control of logistics cost in the manufacturing enterprises, it discusses the calculation method for procurement logistics costs and sales logistics costs by modular approach. According to the particularity of combination of internal logistics and production technology in manufacturing enterprises, internal logistics cost is accounted by way of payment in logistics cost of manufacturing enterprises. According to the case it studies the process logistics costs control methods and applications for iron and steel manufacturing enterprises based on internal logistics integration.(5)This paper applies the concept analysis method to construct pattern for manufacturing enterprise logistics operations. The basic modes of operation of manufacturing enterprise logistics integration are compared by classification. This paper analyzes and points out the internal and external factors of mode selection, builds decision model for mode selection, and proposes decision tree method to solve the multi-stage decision problem of single enterprises. It calculates the expected value of each design process by profit and loss matrix of risks issues.The traditional profit and loss matrix has been improved considered three constraints decisions, and decision method for logistics business mode of manufacturing enterprises has been conformed.
