For a long time, many group enterprises are seeking management system and standards with their own characteristics. The rapid development of the information technology has provided new power of innovation to the control mode for group enterprises. At the age of information, how to integrate the value chain effectively, centralize monitoring of the information and resources, play the resources value maximumly, and achieve win-win cooperation, is a new challenge for the centralized management of enterprises. In order to analyze the root cause of the existing problems of the gas station and the condition to carry out the centralized management, this article is based on Z Group gas station business, combined with the goal of centralized management, applied the methods of interviews, causal analysis, questionnaire survey, combining theory with practice. This article analyzes the existing problems of the gas station from the following three aspects, the organization structure optimization and business process, technical standards of gas station, informatization construction, focuses on centralized management of gas station business with information technology. Combining theory with practice, concerning the support of unified planning, system integration and information technology, it proposes a set of solutions to the centralized management for Z Group gas station business, so that it can solve the existing problems and achieve the goal of centralized management of the gas station business.
