The development of information technology has been providing a reliable tool for improvement of modern service management. With the increasing severe competition, service on customer carrying railway transportation is facing great challenge. Traditional mode of manual operating can not meet the current requirement, It soon becomes necessary for the service on customer carrying transportation to reconstruct its business cycling.This research is at the aim of fulfilling management with computer used on the all process from controlling coach, selling ticket, inspecting to settling accounts, when the work is taking into effect, results on following will be received, such as increasing the transportation efficiency, reducing the business cost, improving service quality, etc, so that Zhuzhou XiangYun Co., Ltd. Will have his key competition ability among the others.At the beginning, this paper gives us an introduction of the concept, central thinking, principles and process of this project. Through the analysis about the current condition and future requirements of Zhuzhouxiangyun Co., Ltd., it discusses the necessity of carrying through this project, identifies the business process in Zhuzhouxiangyun Co., Ltd., and gives an objective and detailed analysis about the problems of getting adrift in the business process from three aspects: information, economy and actual operation. According to the actual passenger transport business process, this paper, by combining the requirements of management models in modem companies, puts forth a management process which makes some improvement in the traditional one and is suitable for the development and competitory requirements of modern transport companies. Also, there is a suit of related implement project and safeguarding measures in this paper.
