Slow recovery as the global economic environment, leading to the weakness of the global trade market. But under such export weakness, China’s export e-commerce market has maintained a continuous high growth. The size of the total export ratio increased year by year. E-commerce model will become the main foreign trade business model in the future. E-commerce shortens the supply chain, and improves the efficiency of trading and commodity circulation, so as to promote the small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprise income. The fact which can’t be ignored is that although the popularity of the Internet technology greatly improves the efficiency of the deal, but the logistics which is the final step of foreign trade and gradually became the bottleneck. Based on the present situation, we found that logistics obstacles for B2 C export e-commerce platform is more apparent. Because the B2 C transaction mode is facing many retail customers and retailers, meaning that the needs and orders more diffuse, which lead to the high logistics cost and the low customer satisfaction. So this article is focused on the export B2 C e-commerce platform and study the platform of logistics mode decision path. This article adopts the research method of qualitative and quantitative to study export B2 C e-commerce platform of logistics mode decision path. This paper use the economic cost analysis and profit maximization method, and base on time as a variable function concluding that the logistics model decision path of export B2 C e-commerce platform basing on minimizing the total logistics cost; What’s more, this paper constructs the hierarchical analysis decision model, putting the logistics cost, logistics capability, and customer requirements into the decision-making model. Finally we got the decision path made by the above dimensions. Finally, through case analysis, we got the evidence from the real case to support this theory model.
