Research Of The Development Strategy Of Cross-border E-commerce In Quanzhou

With the further development of electronic information technology and economic globalization,cross-border e-commerce play an important role in international trade,which has becoming the development trend of China's foreign trade.Cross-border e-commerce as a technical foundation for promoting globalization of economic integration has very important strategic significance.This paper,based on the research report of Quanzhou area about cross-border e-commerce development,establishes the SWOT model to analysis the development of export-oriented cross-border e-commerce in Quanzhou area about its strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats,and then providing advice for Quanzhou how to make cross-border e-commerce developing healthily and guiding it how to make related policy,at the same time,which also has very important practical significance in promoting transformation and upgrading of private enterprises in Quanzhou,increasing exports and promoting urban comprehensive competitiveness.This research based on the idea of “Proposing Problems”,“Analyzing Problems” and “Solving Problems”,which mainly include literature analysis,comprehensive research,comparative analysis.The research contents and conclusion of this paper are as follows:First of all,the introduction elaborates the research background and significance,and clear the research object—the export-oriented cross-border e-commence in Quanzhou area,and briefly describing the research methods,technical route and possible innovation points in this paper.Chapter 2 summarizes the related research of cross-border e-commence at home and abroad,and points out the limitations of the present study,and then puts forward to strengthen what should do.Third chapter mainly introduces the connotation and application patterns of cross-border e-commence,such as concept,and discusses the theoretical basis of cross-border e-commence,such as transaction cost theory,the theory of business ecosystem theory and long tail theory.Chapter 4 introduces the development necessity and development present situation of export-oriented cross-border e-commence in Quanzhou region,and based on the framework of SWOT analysis method and based on the study of the Quanzhou's export-oriented cross-border e-commence development,analyzes the strengths,weaknesses,threats and opportunities about export-oriented cross-border e-commence development,and then builds the corresponding SWOT matrix.Chapter 5 based on the SWOT analysis result,on the one hand,providing suggestions from government,industry and enterprise itself level for promoting the development of cross-border e-commence in Quanzhou area,on the other hand,putting forward corresponding protection measures in order to guarantee the healthy development of the cross-border e-commence.Chapter 6 mainly summarizes the conclusion,and then points out the direction of further research.
