Procurement Management Project Of Cigarette Material In GanSu Tobacco Industrial Company

Tobacco is one of the main sources of national revenue, which has a prominent role in developing the local economy and increasing revenue. Because of its important position in national economy, under the socialist market economy, tobacco industry has to carry out monopoly management, unified leadership in order to creating a stable and orderly market environment and optimizing the allocation of resources.By researching the current cigarette material procurement in Gansu tobacco industry, this thesis gives a deeply analysis in every link, such as purchasing demand, order processing, order delivery, arrival arrangement and supplier management.. On the basis of theoretical knowledge about supply chain management, procurement management and information, it points out the problems that exist in the functional framework of procurement management system, especially the process and the strategy of procurement management. It also proposes an optimized scheme consisting of plan and order, warehouse management and supplier management. In addition, this paper supposes the overall structure of information and the function of the concrete module for procurement management on the basis of the information as the guarantee of implementing scheme, which can solve the problems and challenges in enterprise.This paper hopes to sum up the experiences of procurement management through the research on the procurement management project in Gansu tobacco companies. By doing so, it would provide lessons for the development of procurement management in similar enterprises.
