Company T is a supplier of automotive stamping parts. The size of the company is small, and it is now transformed from a state-owned enterprise. With the rapid development of China’s automotive industry over the past few years, the growth of company T is also very fast. However, in recent years, the situation has changed. Due to the low barriers to the entry of stamping parts enterprises and the low technology content, there are more and more competitions in the same industry, while the profit is becoming lower and lower. To achieve the technological upgrading, company T faces of the unbreakable bottlenecks in terms of technical standard and capital. At the same time, the original advantages such as labor costs, and land use costs are also gradually dying away. The survival and development of the enterprise’s pressure is becoming bigger and bigger. Since the operation costs increase, such as labor cost, which is determined by the overall development of our country environment, so company T itself is unable to reverse the situation.Under the existing environment, to change the original extensive mode of operation, reduce waste, improve quality, reduce the quality cost, the only option is to introduce the advanced lean six sigma management method in the world today, to win the competitiveness of the enterprises.Firstly, we introduce the Lean Six Sigma theory, and then analyze the basic situation of T enterprise, characteristics and problems. We also discuss the problem of existence of the business management concepts, 5S issues, the problem of quality management, the improvement of complex projects, as well as product and process developing and design issues. Second, we introduce the application of lean six sigma theory to improve the case in T enterprise. Our study provides experiences for a large number of similar with T enterprises in our country, especially in automobile parts enterprises, provide the experience worthy of learning.
