In recent years, the rapid development of China’s urbanization, a profound impact on the daily life of the Chinese people, but also by the world’s attention.With the reform of China’s economic system, the development of economy and the improvement of productivity, the urbanization of our country has developed rapidly. The urbanization rate increased from 18.96% in 1979 to 54.77% at the end of 2014.In the context of urbanization, China’s vast rural areas are also undergoing profound changes. The development of the city has led to the rural areas, the living standards of farmers in China have been significantly improved. However,due to a large number of population urbanization, rural labor outflow serious,many places appeared "hollow village", "left behind children" and "empty nesters". Urban expansion, the occupation of cultivated land resources, farmers’ own interests can not be guaranteed, extensive economic development mode resulting in high energy consumption, high pollution......In the face of these problems, the country put forward the new urbanization,low carbon, environmental protection, intensive, people-oriented developmentpolicy. We study the problem of rural construction update can be used as a reference for new urbanization.The multi-angle and cross disciplinary research, through literature method,comparative method, observation method, questionnaire and interview method,data analysis and other research methods, draw lessons from domestic and foreign advanced theories and practice, Chengtou village as an example,systematically analysis the our country politics, the economy, the planning and construction of research into the cause of these phenomena, the spirit of the central idea of low carbon, environmental protection, intensive, people-oriented proposed innovative ideas and effective measures of response to solve the above problems.First of all, from the villages and towns planning to start, based on the regional perspective, the establishment of multi-level town planning. Second, to solve the problem of rural economic development, to provide power for the update. Rural economic industrial structure adjustment, improve the construction of the industrial chain, so that the rural economy on the scale,intensive, low carbon environmental protection, technology as the core of the development of the road. Third, the rural use of their own advantages in the development of the economy and the city at the same time complementary advantages, mutual drive, the development of urban and rural integration. Fourth,through the government guidance, regulate the construction of rural housing,improve the land transfer, vacant housing transfer policy, the protection of arableland; the introduction of energy-saving technologies, the development of low-carbon recycling economy. Fifth, to strengthen the construction of rural infrastructure, the development of rural planning, improve the quality of life of farmers.
