In recent years, the coal industry downturn, the situation is in the doldrums, coupled with the particularity of the industry, downhole operating environment is poor, long operating time and other reasons, which will directly affect the safety performance of employees and organizational management. Studies have indicated that organizational management has a significant impact on employee safety performance, and organizational communication as a part of organizational management, research on the relationship between organizational communication and employee safety performance is very necessary. However, there is no scholars on the organization of the relationship between communication and employee safety performance has launched the research. Therefore, this paper through empirical analysis the relationship between, in order to optimize the coal mine safety management system, stimulate employee initiative participation behavior to prevent and reduce the accident occurrence.This article from the perspective of improving organizational communication, improve staff safety performance, access to domestic and foreign relevant literature on organizational communication and staff safety performance, and to collate and analyze. The organizational communication is divided into two dimensions, the communication atmosphere and the direct leadership of the staff, the safety performance is divided into two dimensions: Security attitude and employee participation. By analyzing the relationship between organizational communication dimension and employee safety performance, this paper puts forward the research hypothesis. Combined with literature review, this study uses a questionnaire survey method, extract the effective sample 127, the use of statistical software SPSS20.0 and AMOS22 for data processing and analysis. This paper analyzes the impact of demographic constants on organizational communication dimensions and employee safety performance with single factor variance analysis results showed that the effect of age and marital status of organizational communication and employee safety performance a few showing significant differences, which have influence on organizational communication and employee service safety performance significantly the second study of organizational communication; correlation between each dimension and employee safety performance. The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between organizational communication and employee safety performance; and then through the study of employee safety attitude and employee participation and predict the direct leadership of the communication of the regression analysis. The results show that phase compared to organizational communication atmosphere, and directly under the leadership of the communication can effectively predict employees "safety attitude and safety participation behavior, compared with employees" safety attitude, organizational communication climate and and directly under the leadership of the communication and employee participation behavior related to a stronger and in regression analysis based on, using structural equation model, employees "safety attitude as a mediator of organizational communication and employee participation, building model, by comparing the fit model and validate the model is reasonable. Based on the above analysis, draws the conclusion and puts forward the effective management measures, from the top management should change the coal mine management, communication studies and its influence factors, through changes in the mode of management, improve communication atmosphere, let employees show a more active safety behavior.
