This study starts with the existing problems from person-organization fit, exploring its impact on employee participation. O n the basis of the literature, this study first has been clear the concept,the structure and the measurement methods of the three variables: Person-Organization Fit, employee participation and Psychological Capital Appreciation. In summary of scholars‘ correlation studies between the three variables: Person-Organization Fit, employee participation and Psychological Capital Appreciation, on this basis, put forward the theory hypothesis and build up the theory model. According to the existing maturity scale, we work out the questionnaire. Finally, through the formal questionnaire, we survey to the employees of the enterprise in Guizhou province, Hunan province, Sichuan province, Shandong province and other places, and we receive 455 valid questionnaires. Through descriptive statistical analysis, inspection, independent samples T test, differentiation analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis method to research the data statistical analysis, and verify the hypothesis, then we get the following conclusion:(1) Person-Organization Fit has significant positive effect on employee participation: Value fit has a negative effect on employee involvement; Demandsupply fit has a significant positive effect on employee involvement.(2) Person-Organization Fit has significant positive influence on psychological capital appreciation: the value of employees fit has a significant positive effect on employees' psychological capital appreciation; Demand-supply fit has a significant positive effect on employee involvement.(3) Psychological capital appreciation has significant positive effect on employee participation, the Self-efficacy has significant positive effect o n employee participation; Hope has a significant positive effect on employee participation; Mental toughness has a significant negative e ffect on employee participation; Optimism has a certain negative effect on employee participation.(4) Psychological capital appreciation has partial intermediary role on Person-Organization fit effecting employee participation.After discussion and summary, this paper propose some management suggestions in view of the situation of employees work alienation. Finally this thesis discusses research contributions and limitations, management suggestion and research suggestion according to the conclusion.
