Human resource is the first resource of the modern enterprise. Recently, due to the high coal inventory, industrial coal demand goes lower and coal prices keep falling, refreshing the record of the lowest price again and again. Because of this, the profit of the enterprise goes down and the workers’hearts start to fluctuate. Under this circumstance, through in-depth study of incentive theory, using the incentive methods reasonably to improve the morale of the employees and motivating staff morale is especially important.This study analyzes the staff incentive mechanism of Shenyang coal group in a specific process, analyzing the course of history, the specific content by document analysis interviewing individuals cases and questionnaire. According to the statistics, this passage makes a comprehensive analysis of the staff incentive mechanism of Shenyang coal group. In addition, the experience and shortcomings of this mechanism are also refined and summarized in this passage. It proposes specific suggestions on making the staff incentive mechanism of Shenyang coal group more perfect.
