Behind the activity of launching new vehicle and improved vehicle, Auto Company usually requires their component supplier could provide good components with short lead time and lower price. But during component development process, component supplier usually faced various change requests from customer, supplier and auto industry. So, component supplier usually takes project management and project change management as a method of enhancing company competitiveness.Project change management is an important management activity in project management activity. During component development process, project change will occur when customer requirement changed, law clause changed, procedure changed, design changed, process changed, organization changed, quality changed. And will cause project timing, project cost, project quality change, will also make project to deviate original target.
