The Research Of Relation Between The Industrial Cluster Of The Social Capital And The Knowledge Spillover Effect

“Knowledge is power,” and this power not only can improve social welfare, but also can it bring up economy effect. So how to play the knowledge spillover effect is not only the enterprises’ and the individuals’ desire to do in the knowledge economy times, but also which is the high level of organizations want to do in the information and technology times. So the knowledge spillover effect is becoming the focus. The organizations what are in the Industry cluster have the advantage to get the knowledge spillover effect, because they can do it by the social capital of the industry cluster.Based on the research of an amount of literatures from the social capital, the paper analyzes the influence factors for how the industrial cluster of the social capital produces from different levels of industrial cluster. And the knowledge spillovers conduction path is analyzed by it to build the model to analyze how the social capital of the industry cluster impact on the knowledge spillover effect, and how all the dimensions of the social capital including of the individual social capital, the corporate social capital and the cluster social capital impact on the knowledge spillover effect directly in the theory. Then the paper adds the knowledge spillover into the model to research if all the dimensions of the social capital impact the knowledge spillover effect significantly. Lastly the paper puts forward hypothesizes and inspects all of which by the empirical analysis. In the article, using the questionnaire survey to get the research data, using Cronbach ’s,exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor test scales’ reliability and validity. Then the paper verifies all hypothesizes of the concept and models by the structural equation modeling. After all, the research gets these conclusions: Firstly, the social capital of the industrial cluster affects the knowledge spillover effect through the cluster social capital only. Second, the three dimensions of social capital of the industrial cluster affect the knowledge spillover effect through knowledge spillover which is ?significantly. Last, the significance is much stronger which is produced by tacit knowledge to the knowledge spillover effect than by the explicit knowledge to the knowledge spillover effect. Then the paper is based on the influence mechanism of the variables and gets the conclusion to put forward the proposals. First, we should strengthen the cluster level of the social capital cultivation to promote knowledge spillover effect; we should strengthen personnel interaction to promote the tacit knowledge spillover; we should encourage continuous learning in order to promote the explicit knowledge overflow.Based on theoretical and empirical analysis and according to the empirical results, the paper makes specific measures. For the organization of the industrial cluster in the process of operation and management in the future, the research what is the paper is doing to know how to expand the knowledge spillover effect by the social capital does good to improve the social benefit and the economic benefit.
