Energy demand around the world is increasing, is expected to maintain an average annual growth rate of 1.2%.Because of the huge reserves and the availability of fossil fuel resources, it is expected that they will continue to play an important role in the world’s energy economy. At present, the fossil energy provides 85% of the world’s commercial energy demand.In our country, almost 90% of the electricity demand from coal to electricity, the energy demand will grow more than this century, the United States will reach 1.3 times the demand of the United States. At present, the car consumes more than half of oil demand, this demand is expected to grow significantly. With the growth and prosperity of the economy in developing countries, the demand for fossil fuels in developed countries is expected to be essentially flat in developing countries, while private vehicles in developing countries will increase sharply.At the same time, although the use of nuclear energy and renewable energy in the year by year, but the global carbon dioxide emissions are expected to rise close to the current level of 30%.Therefore, in order to meet the growing demand for energy, and reduce carbon dioxide in the atmosphere, to find alternative fuels to replace such as diesel and gasoline fuel, resulting in a large number of different fuels, but few can be large-scale commercial development.Natural gas is one of the widely used and renewable energy sources (through biogas or bio methane), compared with other traditional and alternative fuels to produce less greenhouse gas emissions. Natural gas can be commercially available in a variety of ways, compressed natural gas (CNG), liquefied natural gas (LNG) and even hydrogen. The use of natural gas vehicles (natural gas) is also conducive to energy security and energy diversity.Therefore, natural gas has become the first choice because of its inherent environmental friendliness, higher efficiency and lower cost. In natural gas long distance transmission, liquefied natural gas is especially suitable for pipeline transportation. As with all natural gas, liquefied natural gas is cleaner than coal and oil, and provides an opportunity for diversification of energy supply. Therefore, in the natural gas market, the use of liquefied natural gas has been recognized worldwide.Based on previous studies, combined with the actual situation of the industry and enterprise, a set of economic evaluation index system of LNG filling station is constructed.The gray prediction method is used to forecast the future LNG demand. The combined forecast results will be used to evaluate the effect of LNG gas filling station in Weifang. The general content of this paper is:This paper takes the project economic evaluation of Weifang West LNG filling station as the research object, and constructs the economic evaluation index system of Weifang West LNG gas station, and evaluates the investment risk of the LNG gas station, and puts forward the corresponding risk prevention and response measures, which has certain theoretical and practical significance. In this paper, the project of the western energy LNG filling station, according to the project location and the surrounding environment and competitive environment, combined with the characteristics of LNG gas station project, the area of natural gas as fuel for the number of vehicles, that is.the project has not been studied, the conclusion shows that the amount of LNG in the future is huge and sustained growth. As the premise, in the evaluation of the relevant theory and literature research based on the economy, according to the characteristics of selected project economic evaluation principles and the project itself, for the west to LNG gas station project financial evaluation and national economic evaluation index selection, and build a strong applicability evaluation index system based on the system of investment and economic benefits of the project are analyzed. The results show that the project financial evaluation, with strong profitability and anti-risk ability, and the economic benefits of the project are the major factors affecting the sale of natural gas prices, the prices of raw materials, in the national economic evaluation. The project has significant economic benefits, has a certain role in promoting the development of Shouguang City project is located in the natural gas industry, and for new employment opportunities, promote the improvement of people’s living standards and improve the economic benefits of the national economy. At last, according to the economic evaluation results of LNG gas station project, this paper puts forward the relevant suggestions and prospects for the investment decision and operation of the project.The innovation of this paper is:in the content, the research focus is different from the domestic gas station site selection and layout. This paper will focus on the economic evaluation of gas filling station. On the basis of the method, this paper uses the method of the previous forecast, combined with the actual situation of the project, chose the gray prediction model,and applied the model to the future market. In the process of economic evaluation, the evaluation index system of the project is set up, and the evaluation index system is established.In this paper, the evaluation of the national economy is introduced, which makes the evaluation more comprehensive and convincing.
