As the saying goes "A man without distant care must have near sorrow",likewise none of enterprises in the context of contemporary market can survive and grow without having a long-term vision,they must have enterprise strategy as the core of enterprise management.Enterprise strategy is the way in which a company creates value through coordinating allocating or creating activities in multiple markets,which may be seen as the process of an organization's internal resource management AND its interaction with the external environment. Hence enterprise should have resource as the base of strategic management,then determine business portfolio,formulate and implement company's strategic plan.This thesis takes a private enterprise-D Transportation Group(referred as to "the group") as an example,from the perspective of resource strategy,it studies the group's development strategy of driver training business:to create sustainable competitive advantage through matching its constantly developing resource with the changing market competitive environment.The thesis studies the current situation of driver training business,external environment analysis and internal resource status,and analyzes the matching status of resource and capability between the group's driver training business and its other main business,then identify its core resource and capability that propel the growth of the driver training business,and then pinpoints the disadvantage and problem that are present with the core resource and capability.Through comprehensive SWOT analysis of driver training business, vision are identified for that business.After the analysis of the group's competitive environment and composition of resource and capability for the driver training business by using Porter's Five-Factor Model, it is realized that different competitive strategy should be adopted based on the specific resource and capability of different business.Finally substantive measure and measure that safeguard successful implementation of the strategies are brought up for the group through the analysis of constraint factors that are because of current organization structure,business capacity and resource capability.This thesis takes "Company Strategic Triangle" as theoretic framework AND the consistency of resource,business,organization structure and strategic goal as the base for its study,it holds that "vission & version", " strategic objective","resource", "business" and "organization structure" are the five basic factors that constitute an effective enterprise strategy; moreover enterprise can create its core competitive strength that can sustain its leading competitive advantage only when the five basic factors works harmoniously in a mutually-supportive,interdependent and mutually-reinforcing manner.
