I work at a small IT enterprises providing services business- ABC Company. The enterprise was founded in 2009.It takes only three years that the enterprises operating income doubled year after year, and its scale even reached higher level, the sales in 2012 are expected to reach more than 100 million. Although the history is not long, it’s swift progress has help it to win many social rewards, including the support of the National Innovation Fund, the Hi-Tech enterprises of Shanghai, Star Enterprise of Hongkou District, etc.But this year, the decline of the country’s macro economy takes impact of the ABC company sales after the early days of the high-speed development, there have many worries, including the yield is low(compared with the same industries and enterprises), customers are too industry concentrated, the uneven development of various branches of business, enterprise development deviates from the beginning of the vision since the creation of ABC company.etc. In this situation, which direction is appropriate, to continue in accordance with the rhythm of the past aimlessly forward, or to slow down the pace with a clear direction to steadily promote enterprise development?Through more than two years of MBA knowledge learning, especially after strategic design of theory knowledge, I came to understand that for the enterprise, if I wish it lasts longer, short-term results is not important, nor the catchy title, the most important is to make a correct, reasonable, and feasible strategy, so as to guide the enterprises to adhere to long-term, steady forward along the right track. The strategy is not just a plan for one or two years, but the guiding principle throughout the enterprise for a long period of time and long-term planning. Therefore, think of the current status of the ABC Company, I would like to take advantage of the MBA knowledge, particularly strategy of theoretical knowledge, re-planning the direction of the enterprises, standardizing the behavior of the operations to solve the practical problems encountered by the current development.This thesis, starting from a strategic design of ABC Company and comprehensive analysis of the current s ituation of the national economic decline and the IT services industry, using SWOT, Porter’s five forces, Organizational structure and the corporate Value chain analysis method, to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the ABC company, as well as the actual status of its human resources, and management capabilities. Furthermore, to dig out the analys is result- mainly those difficulties and the development bottleneck problem being faced by the ABC company, so as to make a conclusion: the ABC company must change the current pattern with action to re-make a strategy in clients objective, industry coverage, management models, assessment methods, and other full range of re-strategic planning, and the ABC company must be restructured.The princ ipal for ABC Company to develop the strategic planning is in accordance with the theory of Strategic Map theory. According to this theory, the ABC company can take advantage of intangible assets(learning and growth, HR, Information Capital and structural Capital), to build up strategic advantage and effic iency, thereby enabling the company to bring the specific value of the market(customers), in order to achieve shareholder value(financial). Therefore, in the paper, which the author based on the theory of Strategic Map, trying to describe the company’s strategy from the four elements of financ ial, customer, process and personnel development level, making a s logan "Industry is King, Value Wins"-- strategy to develop guiding princ iples and specific strategy taking into account the balance between short-term and long-term goals of the balance of financial and non-financ ial metrics, the balance between the backward and leading indicators, as well as the balance between external and internal performance factors.I wish the strategy could be recognized by those ABC company colleagues, and become the beacon of the future actions of the company.
