With the rapid development of technology and business model,more and more enterprises will own business and the Internet are strongly correlated,which makes the calculation of information,data storage and transmission of a substantial increase in the amount,at the same time,many factors of energy saving and environmental protection enterprises,the largest benefit based on cloud computing services become an inevitable emergence of new industry market.Although the cloud computing service industry is in a new market,its market competition environment has rapidly shifted from the blue sea to the Red Sea,and the competition is very fierce.Cloud computing services include product class,technology depth,and it is also very extensive and complex.But with the continuous innovation and development of Internet information,the market prospect of cloud computing services is bound to be broad.How can in the complex environment,the effective use of their own advantages,quickly make up for their own shortcomings,create a self development of product characteristics,operation services,cloud computing has a space for one person in the existing service market,and talent shows itself in the future is the core subject of each feudal lordsvying for the throne,the development of cloud computing services enterprises can not be avoided.This article from the Beijing HLT cloud computing research service operation development strategy,the research not only aims to enrich the product category and function,improve the quality of service products and services to improve the product cost price system,optimize business channel management strategy is more important in the new cloud computing services in the field of the overall development of the enterprise right.This paper focuses on the research on the operation strategy of cloud computing service in Beijing HLT company,and obtains the following results: 1.construction and analysis of the theoretical basis of cloud computing services.This paper summarizes the theories of strategic research and strategic management,and puts forward a variety of strategic analysis tools: 4P marketing theory,symbiotic marketing,PEST environment analysis model and SWOT analysis model.2.Beijing HLT company’s external environment analysis and internal problems analysis.Through the analysis of the external macro strategic environment,the current operation situation of Beijing HLT company and the problems encountered in cloud computing service operation,we use the strategic management tools to carry out detailed analysis.3.Beijing HLT Company cloud computing service operation optimization strategy choice.Based on the analysis of internal and external strategic environment and comprehensive analysis of Beijing HLT company,we formulated the clear target positioning and development strategy of cloud computing service,and made detailed strategies of optimization from four aspects,including product,price,channel and promotion.4.Beijing HLT Company cloud computing service operation strategy implementation and evaluation.In the establishment of strategi cobjectives and clear direction,on the basis of optimization strategy to develop the implementation step by step,and the strategy for continuous improvement and adjustment,in the implementation of cloud computing services to users,expand product revenue and profit targets,with the better operation of digital results in this paper is verified the argument and research strategy.
