In domestic economic development into the new normal mode, many enterprises feel the unprecedented pressure, including the object of this study.Beijing SF company since its inception has been accompanied by the rapid development of national electric power industry and rapid growth, but also faces now continue to develop.Is not only the original fist products- microcomputer relay protection and automation of electric power systems market appeared different degree of atrophy, including the newly developed in recent years of products is also faced with the problem of weak market demand.Now in the same predicament enterprise has many are looking for a breakthrough in the development of enterprises, actively cope with the difficult situation.Beijing SF company, as the main supplier of domestic electric power secondary equipment, also need to find a way out for themselves how to realize sustainable development.Although Beijing SF company in the past have also encountered in the impact of the power grid company’s investment, but at that time by actively explore corporate customers, good to maintain the growth of enterprise scale.In the face of the whole industry development slowly, however, there are even some in the industry reshuffle and integration, SF company although adopted industry diversification strategy, developed many new products, but subject to the market situation of big, a few years down to little effect.Enterprise can normal operation at present, the sales and profits are also in good situation, but according to the more and more feedback informations from the market, if it don’t adjust enterprise development strategy, make the enterprise gradually transformation and upgrading, when the operation completely untenable, taking steps to already too late. How can make the enterprise success through, make the enterprise business back on track, and realize the enterprise long-term stable development?This is currently in the SF company to do management work of everyone in consideration.This thesis, based on the Beijing SF company in the face of the present situation of economic development for the company to carry on the transformation and upgrading in order to gain sustainable development as the research object, the process of its transformation strategy development as the research focus of application study of the theory of enterprise strategy management, through the literature review, case study, to explore the transformation and upgrading of the company strategy, and aims at the analysis of possible problems in the process of transformation, to take this on the basis of seeking the most suitable for the transformation of strategy, including some component in the overall strategy, change the marketing personnel structure and status, the optimization of products and marketing, etc.Hope through this a series of analysis and improvement, to break through the company meet development bottleneck, the transformation and upgrading, in turn, help the company achieve success.
