That rapid economic development and improve of the living standards lets our country change while facing a variety of resources and environmental problems. Municipal solid waste siege, for its complex composition, widely distribution, and the generation uncertainty has become urban management problems. Beijing, as the political, cultural and international exchange center, and its management of municipal solid waste should be raised. Research started from generation and composition analysis from the perspective of the entire life cycle assessment of municipal solid waste logistics system, expected its unified scheduling in whole logistics, and met the requirements of ultimately harmless, minimization and recycling.Take Beijing in 2012 for the empirical analysis. Under the assumption that treatment facilities are not overloaded operations, research did establishment of cost-benefit function of its waste logistics by taking full account of the processing capacity of the processing facilities and municipal solid waste generation of various districts.Where the cost function mainly considered operating costs and transportation costs, and municipal solid waste resource recovery, reduction benefits generated in the process were included in the benefits functions, such as benefits of recycling materials, composting efficiency, power efficiency and landfill gas effectiveness. However, negative environmental externalities generated by municipal solid waste generation and environmental health arising of positive externalities from the disposal of MSW were not within the scope of the study. The benefit of 2095368.7 RMB per day by harmlessness, reduction, resource in Beijing municipal solid waste will provide data supportfor introducing market mechanisms.Research also needs to make improvements in the following 2 aspects: One is for the various districts and counties.Promote Source categories according to districts and the situation differentlywhen promoting reduction. For the districts that margin cost is positive.Control the amount of solid waste treatment in the calculation of the allowable range. All treatment facilities, according to the results, under the current run level processing power remaining processing facilities are no longer putting expansion. Take cost-benefit consideration, in the capacity of existing facilities under configuration, each treatment facility should be within the margin of control in the calculation of the amount of processing.
