Study On The System About Efficiency Evaluation Of Oil Block In Oilfield Enterprises

Currently most of the oil fields in eastern China has entered a post-mining, and subjected to resource constraints, institution, market and other factors, cost control is becoming more and more difficult, unprecedented pressure is laid on cost reduction and efficiency increase. To enhance the input and output efficiency of oil blocks, maximize the efficiency of oil blocks in life cycle and achieve the goal of resource utilization, oilfield enterprises have begun to implement block input-output management. Meanwhile, it directly affects the development status of the entire field that whether the benefit evaluation is accurate or not. So how to evaluate the effectiveness of oil blocks has been the common concern in process of oil block input-output management of each oil enterprises. Thus an effectiveness evaluation system is required to be established to match oil block cost management.This paper summarizes systematically on the basis of theory and practice related to reservoir management, block input and output management and benefit assessment at home and abroad,based on actual production and operation of oil companies in our country,comprehensive using combining methods of quantitative and qualitative analysis,proceed from the level of oil blocks,based on cost- benefit principle, analyzing benefit hierarchically and from multiple perspectives, constructing the evaluation system of oilfield benefit, the system consists of four parts, including the evaluation of block single well benefit, block production management level, the effectiveness of block input-output and the whole life cycle benefits of the block, among this, the evaluation of single well benefit is the basis of the system, the evaluation of production management level is the process of block-effective management, the evaluation of the effectiveness of the input-output is a comprehensive reflection of the block efficiency, the evaluation of the whole life cycle benefits is the extension of block-effective concept. Through applying the evaluation system, this paper will propose targeted the management countermeasures of improving benefit of oil blocks and the safeguards for specific applications of the evaluation system.
