| With oil exploration and development goes deeper, oilfield enterprises have entered the medium and later stages of mining, especially the current situation in our country is that key oilfields entered a exploring stage with high water and high cost for production and management period, so the pressure of cutting the cost to increase the profit is increasing, at the same time, the pressure of reducing cost and efficiency is increasing. Facing with such a rigorous situation, the oilfield enterprises in our country make a positive respond with the sustainable development strategy, continuous developing and improving the management mode, as well as combining with reservoir management and production management, taking block management as the study object, the cost control as the purpose, building a set of scientific, precision and standard operating activities analysis mode. This is the only way out for oilfield enterprises improving economic returns and achieving sustainable development.This paper first gives us an enterprise management activity summary on contents and features, reveals the related theory and practice which is significance to the research. Second according to the oilfield enterprises and their own characteristics, this article gives us a detailed analysis on their current situations, problems and necessary improvements. What’s more, this paper describes the objective and principle of building oilfield enterprises’ operating activities analysis mode, block-centered, Taking blocks as centers, panoramic and multi-layer analysis model is the characteristics of the article; on this basis, together with the design of panoramic analysis model framework, this paper starts its hierarchical discussion on productive stage, stable stage and decreasing stage divided by multi-layer analysis. Last, based on the above analysis, a template about the oilfield enterprises’operating activities analysis has been designed specifically.This paper based on the field research method, empirical analysis method, factor analysis method, mathematical model method and so on. Take A Block in××Oilfield as an example for the case analysis. Through the application of this model, we obtained the universal application in oilfield enterprises, and put forward the concrete countermeasures application. |
