Research On Competitiveness Evaluation Of China Oilfield Enterprises Exploration And Development Business

Resource is the basis of survival and development of enterprises,enterprise resource discovery capabilities and use of resource are important manifestations of competitiveness. China oilfield enterprises is main part in oil and gas resource extraction, after decades of exploration and development, some problems have appeared in many oilfields, such as increasing difficulty of exploration and development, low input-output efficiency, to some extent, is affecting oilfield sustainable development and comprehensive competitiveness. In the face of this situation, evaluating comprehensive of oilfield exploration and development business in view of competitiveness, giving corresponding suggestion, has important theoretical significance and practical significance.In aspect of competitiveness theory, this paper summarizes the main competitiveness evaluation theory, the main evaluation methods and their application analysis, defines exploration and development business competitiveness for oil enterprises; In the index system design, from the reality of their own characteristics and oil exploration and development business, this paper proposes exploration and development business competitiveness evaluation index system initially, and uses correlation analysis to screen indicator, then respectively uses the AHP method and entropy weight method to calculate weights; In aspect of evaluation method, this paper respectively uses linearity weighted method, B-P neural network and DEA to evaluate competitiveness of China main oilfield enterprises exploration and development business in different perspective: linearity weighted method and B-P neural network evaluate from the perspective of the overall, and DEA analysis exploration and development business input and output efficiency. On the basis of comprehensive evaluation, applies the method of system clustering to do further analysis. Finally, the paper gives measures in whole and individual perspective to enhance the exploration and development business competitiveness of China oilfield enterprises.
