The Study Of Changqing Oilfield Exploration And Development Investment Returns Evaluation

With China's market economy developing continually and petroleum industry reorganizing in depth, oilfield enterprises have been facing up the completely open market inevitably. How to utilize limited resource to get maximal exploration and development investment returns and strengthen competitive power in the new environment is the target and core of all oilfield enterprises' exploration and development investment decision. As a basic job of oilfield enterprises' exploration and development investment decision, exploration and development investment returns evaluation is conductive to grasping the whole situation of enterprises' exploration and development investment returns, seeking the problems in exploration and development investment decision, improving the quality of exploration and development investment decision and increasing the exploration and development investment returns.This article summarizes the related theories of oilfield enterprises' exploration and development investment returns evaluation systematically. Based on the theories, it establishes a set of exploration and development investment returns evaluation index system of Changqing oilfield, which consists of three major categories including economic, resource and technology and twelve indexes. Using the index system, it evaluates Changqing oilfield's exploration and development investment returns from 2002 to 2006. The result shows that the exploration and development investment returns of Changqing oilfield are fluctuating obviously and can be improved continually. Through the analyses of evaluation result, it puts forward the development countermeasure of Changqing oilfield including investment decision, cost management and technology innovation.
