Evaluation Based On Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Of The Performance Of Internet Companies

Internet companies with frequent fluctuations in cash flow, high concentration of technology and talent, high growth accompanied by a high risk, have a strong capability of independent innovation. For them, the traditional discounted cash flow valuation method and traditional performance evaluation method could not fully apply. How integrated evaluation method for Internet companies to scientifically and rationally value assessment of the enterprise, to grasp the future trend of enterprise development, to make enterprise development strategies and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness, it has attracted more and more attention.This paper attempted to creatively use comprehensive performance evaluation, reasonably and comprehensive to value Internet companies performance evaluation and assessment: First, it demonstrated the traditional comprehensive performance evaluation method for the performance evaluation of Internet companies were inapplicable. Then, based Internet enterprise features and performance evaluation purposes on four factors that affect the performance of the analysis, it established four dimensions of enterprise performance evaluation system; At last, it tried to build the Internet business performance evaluation model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and selected the domestic market five Internet companies as a sample for empirical analysis. Compared the calculated results of the model evaluation with its market capitalization ranking and the comprehensive index rankings, we can make the final judgment: This paper verified that the Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was scientific and effective. Meanwhile, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model would be designed to assess the performance of Internet companies to provide new research ideas and would provide a reference for valuing other small Internet companies’ performance.
