With the continuous development of China’s reform and opening up, the more perfect the socialist market economic system, a unified, open, competitive and orderly market environment is gradually formed, enterprises have mushroomed rapid development. For China’s economic development provides an important support, and plays an important role in solving the employment and contribution to the taxation and technological innovation, the development of regional economy and the new rural construction. More and more enterprises from the start to reasonable standard, but many enterprises ignore the importance and scientific strategy in the development, resulting in missed a lot of opportunities for development, or development to fall into the difficult position, also in today’s rapidly changing economic situation, enterprises lack of strategic objectives, there is no reasonable organization structure, resulting in the enterprises to deal with the risk is relatively low, its poor quality and innovation ability is not strong etc., a series of reasons to limited the development of enterprises.Based on a review of the development history of Jinhui liquor Co., Ltd., we found whether it is in the wholly state-owned company or the private enterprise stage, there is lack of strategic planning consciousness and short-term behavior seriously, for their own and the environment analysis does not reach the designated position and strategic positioning is not accurate, and the understanding of core competition ability deficiency and so on. To sum up, Jinhui liquor CO. is the lack of business strategy, lack of strategic planning and strategic management ability. If the problems cannot get very solve, it will seriously affect the company’s sustainable development.Therefore, how to establish a strategic that is scientific and reasonable to match of Wine Co., Ltd.has become an important problem that needs to be solved urgently in company. The purpose of this study is based on this need, in the support of relevant strategic management theories and methods, through the analysis external environment of the company, through literature research method, interview method, questionnaire investigation method and expert consultation method,competitive environment analysis and summarize the opportunity and threats, strength and weakness, and on the basis of the research and put forward the overall development strategy of the company, establish some measure to ensure the implementation of strategy, like, foster enterprise strategy enterprise culture, and make the risk control in the strategy implementation process, form dynamic method to manage and control risk, then formed a sustainable development strategy.
