The Study Of Credit Business Process Improvement Of China Construction Bank Hainan Branch

With the reform of the economic structure, the domestic commercial Banks develop rapidly.Because of the continuous influx of foreign Banks, the financial market in China which seems like a "Big Cake" has been divided instantly. So that our domestic Banks not only face to the complex situation of international development, but also have to face to the competition pressure from others. If they don’t fully realize the importance of credit management, our country bank credit quality cannot be guaranteed, and will be in danger for the future. At present, according to The New Capital Accord, banks have to apply the risk management in practical working process, and establish a special risk management structure at the same time. In order to ensure the risk management throughout the process of business development, banks redesign process to prevent from risks.This paper firstly summarizes the relevant theories of the modification of process, and describes the work contents, main theories, current credit policies, other problems briefly. Then this paper analyzes the credit business of China Construction Bank Hainan Branch, and emphasizes the achievements and shortages of this bank. After that, this paper continues to analyze and summarize the business process improvement. Finally, the article makes some recommendations for the development of the bank in the next step.Learning from business process in other banks,this paper combines theories and practical examples, and solve many problems such as low working efficiency of China Construction Bank Hainan Branch at the same time. Banks should not only to improve the efficiency of credit business process, but also to increase the economic benefits, so they might in dominant position.
