In recent years, along with the live level has kept raising, more and more people can enjoy the outdoors sports, since it came into China 1980 S, as the outdoor market becomes bigger and bigger, lots of off shore brands have focused on exploring their business in China, and at the same time, our domestic brands also have grown up fast. Totally, we can feel in this growing market, there are challenge and opportunity, space and pressure, so all the involved players(outdoors sport brands) will need a clear & clean brands strategy, a fitable marketing tactics, and a reasonable development plan to go further on this road.This business plan, is for Burton Snowboards launching their products in Chinese outdoor market from 2015 to 2019, it has 9 parts: 1)back-ground introduction & the instruction of this plan, 2)project introduction, 3)Conditions analysis, 4)SWOT analysis and strategy finlalization, 5)target market analysis of Burton in China, 6)marketing trctics of Burton, 7)team and suppliers development plan, 8)in-come and costing forecast &financial analysis, 9)risky management.In this plan, we have used the PEST competitive analysis model, SWOT strongerness and weakness analysis mode, Porter five forces analysis, STP strategy analysis model, and then used the discount rate, payback period and NVP calculation formula to dig into this project/business plan, and prove its possibility &profitability, and we get a finalized result: according to this plan, the payback period timing is 4.22 years, and the NVP equals 588.84 millions of USD as a 5-year investment plan.
