| China manufacturing and foreign trade environment as well as their competitiveness factor has undergone major changes since joining the WTO, so the functional areas of purchasing and supply chain management and professional managers of multinational companies to work gradually expanded, by focusing order execution to deliver enterprise management functions into business decision-making involved in strategic sectors. But in reality, there are also the competency of each procurement center but does not exactly match the multinational headquarters of strategy and business needs, there is a long middle management is serious shortage of supply chain integration capabilities, lack of supply chain collaboration capabilities, product delivery capabilities weak, long cycle time, resulting in high cost of business operations that weakened market position and loss of competitive advantage.In this paper, in order to study the improvement of H multinational OEM procurement management objectives, processes and functions encountered in practice for companies to settle efficiency of communication within the enterprise and suppliers, long lead time orders, order delivery cycle-time is too long and delivery delay, high operating costs will be the series of phenomena operational metrics for analysis and evaluation, and the procurement process improvements, purchase orders forecast model analysis and implementation of purchase orders and order delivery management to improve management, as well as H multinational global product procurement center will improve program implementation process of the external supply chain integration, process improvement and purchase.This paper is an introduction to the first chapter review the proposal and previous research literature on the research questions; second chapter is finished H multinational OEM global procurement center organization management and communication efficiency is low, lots of repeat work in process, orders for long lead time, order serious delays comprehensive description and analysis of the underlying causes, the third to the fourth part of improving the development process improvement model and forecast ordering modeling solutions to problems, and to the planning and implementation process for procurement management improvement, and the final realization of the demand forecast model with supply chain integration & sales order process integration and external supply chain carding consolidated collaborative forecasting system design and order management and purchasing management to improve operation. |
