Company organization and management structure of modern society, functional organization is the organizational structure of the company’s most widely used, especially in large-scale enterprise, the division of functions is inevitable organizational management model, which is the result of a long period of social division of labor and social activities the result of the development. However, this is not to say that functional organization is the best organizational structure, each organization are bound to have their own advantages and disadvantages, functional organization management model based on the limitations of their own, specific project activities during encounter problem than using project-based organizational structure of the company(team) will be more. The object of this study is typical of W’s functional organization structure of traditional IT companies. In this paper, W’s actual situation of project management as an example, the company in order to achieve a strong competitive position in the market, the implementation of a ten million yuan level of large-scale IT projects, including large and small subprojects, the company has invested large some of the resources to promote the project, but the reality is not achieved the expected progress and results. Admittedly, W companies during project management activities of the problems encountered are varied, limited time and words, we only discuss one of the issues on the construction of the project team, because I believe that no matter what the project, the project’s subject is a human project the key to success also lies in the degree of stakeholder input to perform tasks, so if we can solve the problem the project team building, then the chances of success of the project will be relatively improve a lot.In this paper, based on knowledge of the project management system PMI released, self-organization theory and Synergetics, and I learned in two years Master of Engineering graduate courses in project management knowledge, as well as in the actual project management combined with my experience accumulated in W company and lessons on W construction company project team encountered problems are analyzed and studied. To improve the effectiveness of the construction of the project team, the key is to find the key factors that influence team building, where the so-called key factors, can be seen as a "order parameter" of 《Synergetics》. In this paper, using Synergetics and self-organizing principle of advanced ideas, build synergy through Logistic model principle, then introduced servitude relations team-building variables, and other parameters of the establishment of the dynamic evolution model of team-building project, then using Matlab tool to simulate the S curve, after the analysis and alignment parameters of the simulation curves of the relationship in order to determine the main factors(order parameter) on the project team building the relationship to other factors and to verify the "order parameter" improvement project team-building presence, resulting in improved team-building project management approach. In this paper, W company as an example, to determine the key factors of W construction company project team by questionnaire way, using the theory with practice, the problems of the construction of the project team to find a solution and demonstrated.In summary, this paper would like to try to identify the key factors in the functional organization of the project team building, how these critical factors for targeted investment of resources and the impact of the implementation, and finally to team efficiency significantly in increase. Based on my knowledge and ability, the conclusion is to verify the income in a particular organizational environment of W Company, Other different areas of the project team building needs in the application of this thesis conclusions for the project together with the actual situation of the conclusions in order to verify and moderate supplement to meet the needs of real complex project environments.
