As an important part of the boiler manufacturing power equipment manufacturing industry, shouldering the important task of China’s national economy to meet the demand for electricity. In the fierce market competition environment, boiler manufacturing enterprises not only to enhance the level of production technology, but also should pay attention to improve the operation management level, especially in the logistics management of the implementation. With the improvement of the lean logistics management has become a pressing matter of the moment. The connotation of lean logistics theory refers to the elimination of waste, and the pursuit of a continuous improvement process. Evaluation of the lean logistics management level of the enterprise manufacturing boiler, according to the evaluation results to improve the logistics management, reduce manufacturing cost, increase the economic efficiency of enterprises, and enhance core competitiveness.This study is based on the analysis of lean manufacturing logistics management characteristics of enterprise of our country boiler, the principles of selecting evaluation index, from the logistics capability and lean improvement two aspects ability for a comprehensive analysis of the indicators of the impact of the lean logistics management level of enterprise boiler manufacturing, construction of boiler manufacturing enterprise lean logistics management evaluation index system. Using AHP to determine the index weight, using cloud model comprehensive evaluation, constructs a comprehensive evaluation model of boiler cloud lean manufacturing enterprise logistics management model based on the fuzzy problem in evaluation index, evaluation of qualitative index cloud model evaluation method using bilateral constraint scoring method, and the evaluation results obtained by using specific algorithm the cloud model of entropy and hyper entropy, cloud formation index, combining qualitative index and quantitative index cloud obtained four indicators from the cloud. Basic cloud model began to progressively overlay, and ultimately the formation of comprehensive evaluation of cloud model, and use matlab to generate images, according to Yun ruler to judge the enterprise lean logistics management level corresponds to the level obtained evaluation results. The evaluation results are more accurate and intuitive.Finally, using the established evaluation index system and comprehensive evaluation model, to H Boiler Factory lean logistics management level of empirical research, the results of the evaluation is "good", and according to the evaluation results put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions. Through the empirical analysis, it is proved that the cloud model evaluation method has a good application value and guiding role in the lean logistics management evaluation.Research in this paper on the boiler manufacturing enterprise lean logistics management evaluation index construction and evaluation methods of selection, evaluation model established, the research ideas and results for how to scientifically from the evaluation of the boiler manufacturing enterprise lean logistics management level has important reference and reference. To provide support for the lean logistics management and decision making of boiler manufacturing enterprises in our country.
