Research On Project Risk Evaluation Of NK Furniture Characteristic Town Based On Cloud Model

With the accelerated socio-economic process,the domestic urbanization construction to an important turning point.From the beginning of the year in 2015 the characteristics of the town to explore the project,the Government introduced a number of characteristics of the town of the policy,many scholars have also carried out a series of projects on the characteristics of the town,but related to the risk assessment of less research.In this paper,the risk assessment system is analyzed in the characteristic town risk assessment system,and the risk assessment model of the characteristic town is constructed to play a guiding role in the future risk assessment of the characteristic town.In this paper,by comparing the characteristics of the small town project and other types of project risk factors,the reference to the relevant literature and the national characteristics of the town expert review group views,from the life cycle of the decision-making stage,design stage,implementation phase,During the four stages of the maintenance stage,the risk indicators of the characteristic towns were analyzed,and 15 risk indicators,such as the risk of cultivating the industry,the integration of the town and the town,were set up and the risk index system of the characteristic town project was constructed.This paper divides the risk set of the standard cloud into five risk intervals by comparing the other types of projects and the opinions of the expert group,and constructs the risk assessment model of the characteristic town based on the cloud model.In order to verify the risk assessment model of the characteristic town,the risk assessment and analysis of NK home town were carried out.The risk assessment factors of the town were discussed by inviting the expert group to discuss and score,the formation of scoring matrix,the use of cloud generators to form the NK town project evaluation cloud map,the evaluation of cloud and characteristics of the town of risk standards for comparison,Risk assessment results.At the same time,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to calculate the risk index of the small town,and the results of the cloud model risk assessment method are compared and compared.Through the analysis of the risk assessment of NK home town,the conclusion is that the first point is that the project risk evaluation index of the characteristic town should be improved and optimized,and the risk index of other projects should not be increased,such as the risk of integration and production Risk and so on;the second point is the cloud model relative to only rely on expert scoring in terms of more reasonable,it will be applied to the characteristics of small town project risk assessment is feasible;the third point is the characteristics of small town project characteristics of the industry can not copy,In line with local industry and culture,in the infrastructure construction is complete,while paying attention to the protection of the ecological environment,can reduce part of the risk.
