| As an important resources, coal has been widely used in various industries. Coal export business can help domestic coal enterprises to digest excess capacity, reduce the pressure of the domestic market, and help coal companies out of the current plight of oversupply. Since 1999, the state issued a series of policies to encourage the export of coal, China’s coal exports has been rapid development. But in recent years, due to market and policy, China’s coal exports dropped significantly. How to maintain the current market share and seek to expand exports, it is a major problem all coal export enterprises are facing.Studies show that trust can promote the development of foreign trade. It is possible that the enhancement of trust in coal export enterprises can help to solving problems faced by the coal export enterprises. In addition, project management has been more widely and deeply used in the enterprise operation and management field.Based on the above, this essay first reviewed researches on project management, trust management, business management, and proposed coal export enterprises trust activities in project management. This paper take Shanxi Coal Import & Export Co., Ltd. as an example, identified the factors affecting the level of trust of coal exports business by empirical investigation. Ways and establish a trust relationship from the view of a development stage to start to develop targeted improvement measures, application of project management tools for business process design and allocation of responsibilities. Then, developed targeted improvement measures based on the model of trust establish and maintenance. Then, use project management tools for business process design and responsibility allocation. Finally the practical application results show that trust raising activities in project management is effective, and proposed trust management continuous improvement program. It has a certain significance to the improvement of trust management in coal export enterprises. |
