Research On Cost Management Measures Of Shen Wei Coal Transporting Pipeline Project Of Shaanxi Coal And Chemical Industry Group

The project of Shen Wei coal transporting pipeline chooses pipeline as their way of transporting, which serves as a model for building Sinotrans new channel of the coal in Shaanxi. The construction of the project of Shen Wei coal transporting pipeline is of great importance to the ShaanXi Coal Group to build coal-gasification and fine chemical industry chain that promotes the rapid development of new coal chemical industry.This thesis mainly adopts the research analysis, the chart method, etc. Firstly, I analyzed the background situation of the project, and some theories about project management, cost estimating, cost budgeting, and project control. Then I made a brief introduction to this project, including building targets, management models, and social influence, etc., and explained the current situation of project cost management in this project. Next, I analyzed the problems and reasons which project cost management existed in the process of the project construction. And then I proposed measures of project cost control promotion by analyzing the factors that influence project cost. Finally, I made a conclusion and discussed the possible further research problems which based on this thesis.This thesis studies the measures of cost management about Shen Wei coal transporting pipeline under the lump-contracting mode. I hope that project management level could be improved which makes the project of construction better through the project cost management research, and provides some reference for the same types of project management.
