China's Coal Export Policy Adjustment Of Empirical Research On The Impact Of The Coal Industry

Coal is the world's largest reserves, the most widely distributed of primary energy, its important position in the primary energy structure and the world economy are to appear. China has abundant coal resources, which are indispensable for national economic and social development of the material base, the distribution area of about 60 million square kilometers, accounting for 6% of land area. According to the third prediction and evaluation of coal resources in the country, the national coal resources total about 5.57 trillion tons, ranking first in the world total, the development potential.China's coal production can not only meet the needs of their markets, their export is also a very promising future. Prior to 2003, China was the world's second largest coal exporter. This paper reviews the history of China's coal exports, especially in the last 15 years China's export of coal operation, detailed analysis of the Chinese government's policy on coal export-oriented areas of change, the continuous development of China's coal exports and the emergence of the effect, and horizontal comparison of the countries of the world's major coal-producing coal export policy development and change. By analyzing the impact of China's coal import and export of various factors, to clarify China's current rapid increase in imports of coal exports,dropped a new situation that our government policy changes coal export-oriented results. Then at home and abroad for the unique environment of coal products, targeted for analysis and research, and taking into account environmental and national security factors in the development of China's coal exports are given specific policy recommendations. At the same time,implement the relevant policies of the coal import and export of coal export enterprises must also be various efforts to improve the competitiveness of their coal exports continue to maintain large client with an important long-term foreign coal trade strategy, in this regard to protect the coal export enterprises to do self-interest, on the other hand to ensure the overall effectiveness of foreign exchange income and access to the largest.Thus, State policy, it is necessary to achieve the necessary strengthening of macro-control, but also due to release the micro-management of coal companies.
