Hunan Province Forestry Sustainable Development Ability Evaluation Research

Sustainable development has become the concept of today’s application range is very wide, not only in economy, society, environment, etc., and has already been extended to the education, life and art, the sustainable development thought is already is accepted by the world, become a common strategic thinking. This article, based on the forestry sustainable development theory, combined with the status quo of development of hunan forestry, further study of the evaluation of the sustainable development of forestry, the key to build operable index system of forestry sustainable development of hunan province, through the evaluation of dynamic understanding of current situation and trend of forestry sustainable development in hunan province, to find the problems existing in the forestry sustainable development in hunan province, and provide reference basis for the Suggestions put forward.This paper builds the system into the overall layer (hunan province forestry sustainable development), the system layer, resource and environmental sustainable index, sustainable economic index, social sustainable index), variable layer (9), elements (31) four levels. By using expert scoring and analytic hierarchy (AHP) method, the combination of weights of evaluation indexes at all levels, thus to make a comprehensive evaluation of forestry sustainable development in hunan province.The research results show that the forestry sustainable development in our province from weak sustainable state in 2009 (0.665) just entering into sustainable state in 2014 (0.807), while the development momentum is good, but the distance is far from fully sustainable still; Social development index is slightly reduced. Through the analysis of the essential factor layer index found that forest resources in hunan province overall quality is not high, the forestry industrial structure is not reasonable, the tertiary industry output value proportion, forest tourism development lags behind, the low level of forestry industrialization, forestry production rate is not high, high incidence of diseases and insect pests, natural reserve area is lesser, forestry investment in science and technology and culture, it is necessary to increase the education input less per capita resources, GDP growth is slowing down.Based on the above evaluation results, this paper discusses the overall sustainable development of forestry in hunan province. Change this situation, must find a not only satisfy the requirement of forestry sustainable development in hunan province, and meet the need of national forestry economic development path and put forward Suggestions for the sustainable development of forestry in hunan province, improve the ecological quality, promote forestry production and increase the forest deep processed, adjust the structure of forestry industry, improve the ecological protection system, increase investment in science and technology, improve the level of disaster prevention and mitigation, and perfect the policies and measures to develop the forestry ecological products.
