Along with our country electric power industry of the continuous improvement of the mature and grid technology, the traditional management mode cannot adapt to the requirement of the current development of the grid. In 2010, the state grid "big five" three set system is put forward to promote the construction of strong smart grid, to adapt to the rapid development of power grid. Among them, the "big operation system", the core focus of the grid control integration, is on the basis of ensure the safety of power grid, the grid scheduling and equipment control function and unified management, the implementation of intensive fusion at all levels to promote integrated operation. Grid control integration than before grid management model more in line with the operation of the power system development goal of our country. In order to speed up the construction of smart grid, in recent years, the provincial power company to actively promote control system integration of the perfect job, the advanced intelligent power transmission and transformation equipment monitoring, analysis, and regulating the business focus into the traditional power grid dispatching institutions.On this basis, how to optimize the grid control integration management mode, further defined the production business division of labor, simplifying organization setup, innovative management style become integrated management mode of power grid control problem to be solved. Integration based on grid regulation of the insufficiency in management, using the theory of optimal management, together with the present situation of jincheng area control integration operation management, put forward by the regulation of integration of power grid modernization management mode, optimize the corresponding technical support system at the same time, the last of the optimized by regulating the integration of power grid system has carried on the technical and economic evaluation. With the traditional power grid operation system and regulation at the primary stage of integration operation system, by contrast, has realized the power grid operation and management efficiency and improve the management level, more adapt to the development of the future smart grid.
