As the most common and most effective form of organization, the team is becoming more and more important in the gradually changing market. Along with the increasingly fierce of market competition, state-owned enterprises and private enterprises are facing an important human resources management reform. It is focus for enterprises and scholars to manage and operate team effectively, and there is also a great deal of research value on team effectiveness, especially for state-owned enterprises that grasp national lifeblood. As the main body of the country’s economic activities, the development of enterprises need good management mode and the management team, the enterprise’s operation is affected directly by the level of team management, and we should not ignored the power generation enterprise team effectiveness of the management. Along with the progress of The Times, the electric power enterprise applies the new technology, new equipment and new technology application into various fields gradually. In 2012, the state grid put forward the comprehensive construction of the "Three Intensive Management and Five Systems" and promoted the innovation in systems and mechanisms. However, there are a lot of problems in the reform and development of resistance. This article will study on applicability of the team effectiveness model in perspective of power generation enterprises in China, and put forward suggestions and measures for improving the team management according to the result of empirical study, hoping improving organizational performance, which guarantees the healthy and harmonious development of power generation enterprise.Based on the theory of team effectiveness, this article chooses the Campion team effectiveness model as the research object, analyses the relationship between the team effectiveness and job design, group composition, interdependence, environment and team operation process. First of all, selecting team effectiveness model and making the corresponding hypotheses. Secondly, identifying variables according to team effectiveness model, designing the questionnaire and collecting the data in the power generation enterprise. Then, analyzing the data by using SPSS software and analytic hierarchy process (AHP).Finally, Putting forward corresponding management measures from the aspects of work design, group composition, and interdependence, environment, and team operation process on the basis of empirical research results.
