The Empirical Study On Heuristic Team Effectiveness Model In China’s Power Generation Enterprises

The system reform of electric power has increasingly aggravated competition among generation enterprises, how to win the competition is the problem that every power generation enterprise need to face. Power generation enterprises often operate as a team, an efficient team of power generation enterprises can make power generation enterprises occupy the dominant position in competition. Therefore, in order to study the factors of the team effectiveness of power generation enterprises in China, based on the "heuristic" model and combined with the relationship between the factors in other team effectiveness models, the paper assumes the relationship between the factors in "heuristic" model, and carries on the empirical research through power generation enterprises.The paper analyzes the researches on the theory and the evidence of the team effectiveness at home and abroad, including the study of theory, research methods, research results and research trends, and summarizes them, it aims to explore the advantages and disadvantages of team effectiveness models and chooses team effectiveness model which is suitable for power generation enterprises. The paper carries on empirical research through power generation enterprises with using Cohen and Bailey’s " heuristic " model, including assuming the relationship between the factors in " heuristic " model, selecting the survey methodology, designing questionnaire, carrying on statistical analysis, the quality analysis and structural equation analysis about sample data obtained, discussing the results, and finally puts forward measures to promote the team effectiveness of power generation enterprises.The paper enriches the empirical research of "heuristic" model through the hypothesis and verification to the relationship between the factors in "heuristic" model. Besides, for now the data is poor about the study on the team effectiveness of power generation enterprises, therefore, the paper also helps power generation enterprises analyze the factors that affect the team effectiveness and the relationship between them, improve performance, which has certain economic significance and practical significance.
