The Research Of Production Management Informatization In Thermal Power Business Enterprise Based On PDCA

Thermal power business enterprises all high property intensive, equipments intensive and technique intensive, along with the progressing of electric power market reformation in our country.the thermal power business enterprises have already proceeded the change from the traditional planning management to the market. The impending problem in front of every thermal power manager is how to increase the business enterprise’s economic performance, and to satisfy the investor request with the benefit of the large officers and workers, as the safety and stabilization of the electric power is guaranteed at the same time.Management information system is an essential tool for modern management, it is also an inevitable choice for power enterprise to reduce the personnel. Increase productivity of the employee, the machine and management in all level safely and economically and enhance the synthesizing of business enterprise. The management is the soul and core of the information system, which is in turn a way to realize enterprise management target by developing the strategy. The construction of management information system is a long and complex task,which is not just buying one suit of machine or software to improve the performance of the company. It can play its role only if we continue to improve the system on the basis of the management level and demand.In the paper, combing with the traits of thermal power business enterprises in our country, we first analyze the obstruction in the way constructing information system. Next, we expound the basic method, function, system frame and overall planning, and put forward the strategy, method and the problem should be paid attention to. Third, combing with the construction of management information system in the GuangZhou(GZ) power plant, this paper states how the management information system be constructed and functions in GZ power plant by presenting the design principles, implementation and net platform of this system. Last, on basis of the construction of MIS in the GZ power plant and the main problem in general power plant, this paper put forward the future of MIS in power plant-numerical power plant with continuously increasing request to the management and the quickly development of the IT technique, management information system in the business enterprise is constantly being enhanced, and it will necessarily create moll economic and social performance for business enterprise.
