Construction And Application Of Safety Production Risk Management System Of Electricity Production Enterprise

Safety production management of electric power enterprises is the foundation for the survival and development of electric power enterprise and it also the prerequisite for the sustained and healthy development of the company. Electricity enterprise security management is directly related to the sustainable development of the entire national economy, social stability and harmony, as well as the normal life of the masses. Power Supply is a complex systematic engineering, and many other factors that affect the security of electricity production. Electricity production, the complexity of the decision process of the production and supply of electricity there compared with the risk of these risk factors is causing most of the casualties, the main grid and grid equipment and frequent accidents, to bring power enterprises huge losses, predict the risk of accidents and prevention, as well as how to more economical to reduce or eliminate the risk of production safety, protection of the safe operation of power system stability problems to be solved in the current power enterprises. And the establishment of a safe production management system is the fundamental way to solve the above problems.In this paper, with the analysis of the problems of traditional safety management model and the study of current level of internal and external security management model, combined with the actual electrical safety management experience from HZ Branch of the China Southern Power Grid, I absorb the PDCA cycle in the management of production safety work, build a characteristics modern safety management system for power production. The system starting from the people, equipment, environment, proactive risk management, focusing on risk ex ante control revolutionized the traditional safety production management focus on post-mortem analysis. The system is implemented in Huizhou Branch of the China Southern Power Grid, and achieved a good performance on security, economy, and play a positive role in the prevention of accidents.
