In recent years, with the development of low-carbon technologies and low-carbon ideas, energy saving and emission reduction and sustainable development have become the focus of global attention, which means the economic development model with low carbon as the symbol will change the way of life and production. As an important economic activity, logistics plays an important role in the development of low carbon. At the same time, the distribution of electric power suppliesis a very important part in the construction of electric power material distribution network, which determines the material cost, and then affects the operation efficiency of the whole electric power logistics system and the core competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore, it is of great practical significance for the enterprise to reduce logistics cost, energy consumption and energy consumption in researching on the optimization of distribution route of low carbon logistics distribution in electric power. Because the characteristics of information visualization and effectively dealing with the spatial data, GIS can be used to solve optimal path problems more effectively and can display more intuitive results which can help users operate more convenient. This paper combined distribution routing problem based on GIS with the theory of low carbon, used Dijkstra algorithm to solve the optimal path in the spatial data visualization environment, and put forward the improvement scheme of the basic Dijkstra algorithm combined with the goal of power material companies to achieve low carbon logistics distribution, then application of spatial information analysis technology, to improve the traditional logistics distribution routing problem in spatial data analysis ability. This paper first analyzed the necessity of the implementation of low carbon logistics distribution in electric power company, and the feasibility of studying the optimal path in GIS environment.Secondly, according to the algorithm of the basic Dijkstra algorithm, the optimal path problem was modeled, and the improved Dijkstra algorithm was proposed that adding the "vertical factor" to the measurement of the path, which could be used to make more accurate calculation of the path. Finally, according to the requirement analysis of the low carbon logistics distribution system of electric power material company, essential elements of path analysis model were pointed out, and the path distance was calculated in the ArcMap development environment, and analysis the shortest path, find theminimum distribution costs, minimum consumption resources of distribution path. The innovation of this paper is to use GIS in the low carbon logistics distribution path and optimize the measurement of the path distance, and the simulation results showed that the optimized distribution path can save more time, reduce resource consumption, accord with the requirement of low carbon economy, which is feasible and practical.
