With the continuous development of society,the quality of life of the people has also been improved,and more and more people are more inclined to prefer cold and fresh foods.At present,cold meat is more popular with the public than frozen meat,but due to its perishable characteristics,the demand for distribution of cold meat is relatively high and the distribution cost is higher than other foods.How to reduce the distribution costs of cold meat is a hot topic in current social research.The S company has its own cold chain logistics,but there are problems such as high distribution costs,unreasonable distribution plan arrangements,and cargo damage in the process of distribution of cold meat and cold chain.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the optimization of the distribution path of cold meat logistics in S companies for the company to reduce distribution costs,reduce cargo damage,and improve the full-load rate of cold chain transport vehicles.This article takes the S company in the Luohe area as the research object for the daily cold meat distribution route of its chain stores.Firstly,the basic concepts and characteristics of cold meat logistics,the concept of cold chain logistics route optimization,the constitutional elements and the status quo are summarized,so that a more comprehensive and systematic understanding of the distribution path optimization of cold meat logistics is provided.Secondly,in-depth analysis of the status quo and problems of the distribution path of cold meat in the city of Luohe in S city was introduced.The concept of total cost was introduced,including transportation costs,cooling costs,and cargo damage costs,and the objective function was constructed from the customer.Both the vehicle and the vehicle are designed with the constraint conditions of the model,and a cold chain logistics path optimization decision model with minimum total cost is formed.Finally,combine the current distribution data of S company in Luohe area and the objective function constructed,and set the parameters in the objective function,use the improved genetic algorithm as the solution algorithm,and use MATLAB software to perform the coding calculation.The new distribution lines and costs were compared with the company's original distribution plan.It was found that the new plan's scheme was significantly reduced in terms of various distribution costs.
