According to the staff training work is a kind of management mode of the most important business growth and development, can not only enhance their professional ability, also can give the enterprise value of the upgrade, produce certain economic benefits, in order to meet the challenges for the enterprise crisis and provide help and support, in this view most of the domestic and foreign enterprises has basically formed a consensus. In foreign countries, especially in the western developed countries of the enterprise, the staff training as an important part of enterprise management. However, at present a large number of enterprises for staff training has a lot of problems and loopholes, blindly follow the trend of development staff training project, not according to the actual situation of employee knowledge and ability, the main contents of the course arrangement is arbitrary, without any training course after evaluation etc. And lead the enterprises to cope with job training, training activities just becomes a form, in a large extent reduce the effectiveness of staff training should have. Thus for staff training effectiveness research is very necessary.This paper to x jewelry business, for example, employees in the enterprise of basis for understanding, careful understanding and analysis of the enterprise’s organizational goals, corporate culture and employee characteristics, analysis was now the jewelry enterprises in staff training on the existing problems, combined with the country employees inside and outside the advanced training theory and experience, as well as their long-term development strategy and human resources development planning, put forward effective training of employees in the jewelry business, in order to achieve the goal of the jewelry enterprises and employees of common development.In this paper, according to current situation of the training evaluation system of X jewelry enterprise, analysis the current X jewelry application problems that exist in the enterprise training evaluation system. Hope through the study of the enterprise training, guide the enterprises to carry out targeted training effect evaluation, reduce the deficiency in the implementation process, make the training help enterprises to better implementation strategy, make the training effectiveness of the managers to actually see and then confirm the faith of enterprise training investment. This paper’s research activities are basically can be divided into five distinct parts:the first part is the introduction of this paper, a simple discusses this article selected topic background, purpose and significance of; The second part is the study of the theory of the effectiveness of employee training at home and abroad were reviewed. The third part is the analysis about the present situation of X jewelry enterprise staff training; The fourth part for improving the effectiveness of the enterprise staff training countermeasures; The fifth part is the conclusion of this article. The conclusion is for main research activities on the final summary and generalization.
