| With the development of economic globalization and the deepening of technological innovation, the trend of enterprise internationalization strengthens, entrepreneurial activity is booming in the worldwide, research in the field of international entrepreneurship has become the focus of scholars. International entrepreneurial activities play a great role in promoting the national or regional economics. With the influence of enterprises "going out", they will face greater risks in the international market. Therefore, Chinese enterprises how to improve the international entrepreneurial performance in the highly competitive international market is an important issue worth exploring, with a very important theoretical and practical significance.In previous studies, scholars have more and more diversified research on international entrepreneurship. Researches mainly concentrated in institutional environment, the characteristics of entrepreneurs, organizational learning, the influence factors for international entrepreneurial performance, and the interaction relationship between the elements above, while less to study farmers’ entrepreneurial resources to influence the international entrepreneurial performance especially combine with international entrepreneurial capability, for entrepreneurial resources, international entrepreneurial capability and international entrepreneurial performance the several aspects of the combination of research, also needs to further strengthen. Therefore, this article takes entrepreneurial resources as the independent variable, international entrepreneurial capability as the intermediary variable, international entrepreneurial performance as the dependent variable to explore the mutual relationship between entrepreneurial resources, international entrepreneurial capability and international entrepreneurial performance.Firstly, the paper makes a reviews of related theories of entrepreneurial resources, international entrepreneurial capability and international entrepreneurial performance, and define the dimensions of entrepreneurial resources, international entrepreneurial capability and international entrepreneurial performance. International entrepreneurial performance is measured from two dimensions of financial performance and non-financial performance; entrepreneurial resources are measured from six dimensions of fund resources, human resources, management resources, information resources, science resources and policy resources; international entrepreneurial capability is measured from two dimensions of international opportunity capability and international operational management capability. On the basis of the discussion on the relationship of entrepreneurial resources, international entrepreneurial capability and international entrepreneurial performance, we further analyze the role of international entrepreneurial capability in the process of the influence of the entrepreneurial resources on international entrepreneurial performance and put forward hypotheses of the relationship of entrepreneurial resources, international entrepreneurial capability and international entrepreneurial performance and hypothesis of the intermediary role of international entrepreneurial capability between entrepreneurial resources and international entrepreneurial performance, then establish the theoretical research model.Secondly, we sort out the questionnaire data and make reliability, validity testing, correlation analysis and regression analysis with SPSS 19.0 to verify the hypotheses and research model proposed. The results show that entrepreneurial resources has a positive on international entrepreneurial performance; science resources has a great influence on financial performance; science resources and policy resources has a significant effect on non- financial performance; International entrepreneurial capability has a positive effect on international entrepreneurial performance, and international opportunity capability has a larger effect on both financial and non- financial performance; Entrepreneurial resources is beneficial to the improvement of the international entrepreneurial capability, and policy resources has a great influence on international opportunity capability, and science resources has a significant impact on international operational management capability. So entrepreneurial resources and international entrepreneurial capability have an important effect on international entrepreneurial performance. Besides, the hypothesis of the intermediary role of international entrepreneurial capability between entrepreneurial resources and international entrepreneurial performance passed the validation which shows that entrepreneurial resources will influence the international entrepreneurial capability and then work on the international entrepreneurial performance.Finally, according to the conclusion of this paper, we put forward some suggestions from acquisition entrepreneurial resources and promoting international entrepreneurial capability perspective for our country’s enterprises which engaged in international business activities, and then summarize the research problems and future research directions.The innovation of this article lies in the innovation of the research variables, study on international entrepreneurial capability and international entrepreneurial performance, different from traditional entrepreneurial capability and entrepreneurial performance. Then international start- ups as the research object, from the point of entrepreneurial resources, international entrepreneurial capability, to comprehensive consider their effect to international entrepreneurial performance, and international entrepreneurial capability as the intermediary variable, construct a new theoretical model in this field, through the theory discussion and empirical analysis, this model has been proved, which provide a theoretical framework and empirical basis for the future research. |
