International Entrepreneurial Environment Features,Resources Collaborative Integration Mechanism And International Entrepreneurial Performance

In September 2013,General Secretary Xi Jinping at the important meeting,repeatedly put forward the construction of "the 21 st century Maritime Silk Road" and "New Silk Road Economic Zone," the great petrochemical enterprises to the world.At present,most of the countries and regions with "all the way" strategic approach have cooperation intention with the investment of petrochemical enterprises in China.However,the political background is different in different countries and different regions,the differences of national culture are significant and the laws and regulations are different.Before entering the market should carefully study the investment environment along the country and the stability of the overseas market situation,to ensure that sound laws and regulations for our cooperation and win-win escort,in the screening of international entrepreneurship process risks and opportunities coexist under the premise of risk prevention,the international The risk of the business process to a minimum,to ensure that China’s petrochemical industry,the smooth implementation of transnational entrepreneurial activities.Based on the above analysis,this paper further explores the mechanism of international entrepreneurial formation in the international entrepreneurial thinking of international entrepreneurial thinking,the dynamic and complex international entrepreneurial environment.On the basis of the characteristics of the international business of the enterprise,combined with the process of the international entrepreneurial enterprise resource coordination and cooperation,we construct the enterprise composed of three dimensions: opportunity development,resource allocation and team building from the perspective of the basic theory of resources and the overall thinking of
